7/08/2009: We apologise for any inconvenience caused by last night's unscheduled outage. This was due to work being carried out on our network.
23/07/2009: Legal Description for 'Rates and Values' layer now available.
24/06/2009: Rural map sheet index now available.
07/05/2009: Added imagery from 2007 and ungrouped the imagery layers so that users can more explicitly select imagery they wish to view.
The 2007 rural imagery provides full coverage, while the higher resolution 2007 urban imagery covers Lepperton, Urenui, Egmont Village and Okato only. Please contact council for further details.
02/04/2009: Reticulation layer and attribute naming has
been improved and new reticulation layer information has been added to the more
information window.
18/03/2009: The Parcel layer has now been fully restored and displays
January 2009 data.
18/03/2009: Due to technical difficulties the Parcel layer currently
displays December 2008 data (not January 2009 data as it should). This can only
be fixed after hours and will be done tonight. We apologise for any inconvenience.
22/11/2008: Maintenance work on our server has been completed.
The GISBOOST service is now available again.
18/09/2008: Two layers ('SW Management Plan' and
'SW Management Plan proposed') were added to the 'Storm Water'
group layer. They are turned off by default, but can be turned on at any time. To
do so, zoom in to a scale of 1:20.000 or less, expand the Storm Water group layer,
tick the boxes next to the two new layer names and click 'Apply' at the bottom of
the screen.
01/08/2008: The Rates and Values layer has been
updated and now shows 2008/2009 data. Land value information has
been updated to display 2008/2009 values.
25/07/2008: Two changes
have been made last night. The statutory action layer now displays as a dashed magenta
line. Legal descriptions will not be displayed for road and railway parcels.
04/04/2008: The assessment layer has been reworked. It displays
the same information as before, but in a slightly different way.
24/01/2008: Annual rate information has now been added to the GISBOOST
service. These can be found in the more information window when using the identify
tool for the Assessment layer and expanding the Assessment details. As a result
of a number of recent enquiries please note when identifying the
"Rates and Values" layer the "Rate Year" (2008) is the current rating year, which
runs from 1 July 2007 until 30 June 2008. The recently released land valuations
will not be effective until 1 July 2008, being the next rating year.
11/12/2007: The Rates and Values layer has now been updated and
displays 2007/2008 land value information.
29/11/2007: Maintenance of the GISBOOST service will occur at 5:30pm
tonight. The service will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes. We apologise
for any inconvenience.
29/11/2007: Due to a data update, the Rates and Values layer will
not be available today. The new data will be available tomorrow.
20/11/2007: Due to a customer request, the default symbology for
polygons created with the measure tool has been changed to 100% fill transparency
and a red outline (same as redlining default).
19/10/2007: On Wednesday 17 October at midnight Telecom delivered
greater bandwidth to/from the council's webserver - the speed of GISBoost service
delivery should be greatly improved - if any customer continues to experience slow
response please let us know
15/10/2007: Moved the legal description layer to the parcels group
layer.
11/09/2007: Added a reticulation assets search, using Unit-Id as
